My Travel In Dominican Republic.

Since some years, I do one or two trip by year in Dominican Republic. I do it with my mother and it's very fun! We visit the place,we go on the beach and we do many activities! We don't go all the time in the same hotel, but everybody know us!

I really like to go there because were we go, it's not dangerous so we can walk on the street without to be scary.

I enjoy to return there! :)

Mira. ♥

Now I will talk to you about a beautiful organism.

Mira is a organism who breed dogs for people who are blind,deaf or andicap. Last year, we had a dog of this organism. She were really cute. ( It's her on the picture.) Her name is Jeep and she were only three months. We had to breed her to be a Mira dog.

Now she's living and I miss her.

Next year, I will go to Collège-Notre-Dame-de-Foy to continue my studies.

I want to be nurse so I will do three years on this College and after, maybe

I will go to University to specialise me in urgence or with babies.

I want to do this career because I like to help people and I think

~ My Dream ~

Now, I will talk to you about my dream. I realised it last year, when I went to Dominican Republic. I went to Ocean World to swim with dolphins. It was a life experience for me because it was my dream. I can’t explain the feeling I had when I was with them. It was exceptional. If you ever have the chance to do it once in your life, do it and you will have no regrets!

A Place To See

If I had the chance to go anywhere in the world,I would like to go to South Africa. First of all,I would like to go to this place to do a safari in jungle to see animals like giraffes, lions, elephants, monkeys,etc. I know that we have there animals in Quebec,but it's a trip that I would like to do and it's better for them if they aren't in captivity.
Secondly, I would like to do Humanitarian aid because some people are in bad situations and it's really sad so I would like to help them to have a better life. If it’s only by playing with kids or by helping them to do something; I would do it with pleasure.
Finally,I would like to do scuba diving because I heard from some people that there are spectacular places with exotic fish.On the same time, I would enjoy the sun and the hot temperature!

My Sister’s Keeper ♥

In this entry, I will talk to you about a movie that I really liked. My Sister’s Keeper is the story of an eleven years old girl who has been born to save her sister’s life who is suffering from leukaemia, but finally, she decides to prosecute her parents to have the right control of her body.
It’s a very touching story which brings us to really think about life. We can notice that life is very different when we have a sick’s child who has an illness like leukaemia.

A New Fitness Activity

Generally, young people don’t like physical activities because they don’t like to be hot. Yoga is a good activity and everybody can do it. It has many advantages so I think we should integrate it in Physical Education.

Yoga can help you to be more zen. When you do this sport, you are in a environment where there is no stress. People can relax with the slow music and you’re more positive. You can evacuate your stress with exercises and you’re more concentrated after each session.

Also, yoga helps everybody to be more elastic. Exercises that we do by doing this activity stretch every muscles of our body, so we are more flexible. It also helps to introduce balance and endurance.

Finally, I think we should integrate yoga in Physical Education class because it helps us to be more zen and with exercises, everybody will be more flexible. Also, everybody can do it, so it’s very advantageous!

Why don’t we integrate this fitness activity in Donnacona’s school?
